u While LED strips are placed on the fixture manually, glass tubes are loaded and unloaded automatically. Labor cost is reduced and product efficiency is greatly improved;

u Pressurizing time can be set on the touch screen of controller according to the nature of the glue;

u Glass tubes are stored in the feeding chute and are loaded and unloaded automatically;

u Oil cups are placed under 8 glue dispensing heads. When the machine will not be used for long time, dispensing heads can be drenched in oil cups to avoid drying;

u Two glue barrel design is equipped. When one barrel is out of glue, the system will alarm automatically and the other glue barrel starts feeding. Changing glue barrel while producing is available and there is no need to stop the machine while changing the glue barrel;

u The whole machine are assembled with two parts and they can be disassembled for transportation;

u FPC Board glue dispensing can be realized via upgrading the system
